Author Signing for National Book Lovers Day

TOWNSEND, TENNESSEE – Local author Reba Rhyne is celebrating National Book Lovers Day on August 9th, 2022, and August 10th, 2022! She will be signing her local legacies from 9:00 am – 5:00pm at the Townsend Visitor Center.

In summary, Reba Rhyne has been a Blount County native since 1942. She graduated high school locally and went to college locally at Maryville College. Her writing came along about 25 years after her marriage and her establishment in business.

According to Amazon Reads, her books have given a telling look into history and fantasy.

Following, her latest book being The Six Chestnut Hill Farm. The story follows a happy widow who falls in love with her music minister at church. Following her engagement, she begins to question her faith and security within the relationship. The book is a drama romance and copies can be found online.

Adding, Reba Rhyne has written up to seven books this far including My Cherokee Rose. She will be at the visitor center continuing to express her passions and inspire young authors!

The Townsend Visitor Center is also close to the Great Smokey National Park if visitors are looking to explore the area. Happy National Book Lovers Day!
