BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. – The courthouse location for early voting will be replaced with a polling place at the Foothills Mall.
Foothills Mall (near JC Penney’s) will be our newest early voting location. This location REPLACES the Blount County Courthouse.
Early Voting Begins on Wednesday, October 14, and ends on Thursday, October 29.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday from 10 am – 6 pm.

Pellissippi State – Monday – Friday, 11 am – 7 pm
Everett Rec Center – Monday – Friday, 11 am – 7 pm
Providence Baptist Church (5748 Sevierville Rd in Seymour) – Monday – Friday, 11 am – 7 pm
